Sunday Snapshots

I've been so busy with the beginning of school, but I thought I'd post a bunch of pictures from the past week.

First, if you'd like to see pictures of my classroom, you can click here

Next, I just created a calendar for this year. It also has room for ideas, to-dos, email addresses and photos.  I created the calendar printables and bought the Sn@p book and dividers, etc. at Michaels on sale for practically nothing. If you would like to download the printables, just go to my Facebook Fan page and click Freebies.
I  just decorated my door. We are doing the OLWEUS Bullying Program this year. We are having a door decorating contest. It has to be a positive spin on bullying.  This is my door so far.  The frame has lights that blink.  I just took pictures of my kiddos with a blow up guitar, microphones and star glasses. They all filled out speech bubbles with kind things to do.  I'll glue them up tomorrow.
We also went on a Kissing Hand Hunt this week.  These were the treats that Chester brought while we were searching for him.  YUMMY!!
One of the many projects we did in our first three days were these owls. We read Lucy Walker Nonstop Talker and then talked about the book and created these owls.
This is part of my Back to School Behavior Unit.

I have a million more pictures for y'all. I'll be posting more very soon!
Have a great Sunday!

  1. I am in love with your calendar items!! What program did you use? I am using an Avery mini notebook this year for notes/calendar/etc and would LOVE to create the calendar.
