Proud to be an American!

This week we squeezed in ALL of our Presidents’ Day activities, centers, etc. Which was quite a big endeavor! I was out two days this week because my sweet boy had to get tubes and have his adenoids out. SAD! But now look at him…
He’s feeling much better and we’re enjoying the nice warm weather we’ve had this week.  But the reason I packed it all in, is mainly because all of you blogging beauties, inspired me to do a unit on penguins, which I’ve never done before.  I’m super excited with all of your great ideas.  So that is what is up for this coming week.  I know…a little late, but oh well.

ANY WHO!!
This week we learned about George, Abe and discussed why we are proud to be American.  Here is a cute little project we completed today! I got the idea out of a mailbox magazine about 8 years ago.  They are super easy to make!
