Teach and Keep Track: Reading and Writing Pack

Do y'all do guided reading, reader's workshop and writer's workshop? If you do I'm sure like me, you have big old binders.  That's why I was so excited when I found these! Avery Mini View Binders.  They are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches and great for carrying around your room for conferencing. They also don't take up a bunch of space.
I knew that they were exactly what I needed, but I needed to create printables to use. With the new Common Core and with new Ohio Teacher Evaluations I also wanted to be able to keep all my data in an organized fashion and be able to keep track of all the hard work I was doing to get my kiddos reading and writing.  Therefore, my newest product is called Teach and Keep Track: Reading and Writing Pack.

The following is included:

-Dividers and Covers
-Guided Reading Group dividers
-Guided Reading Lesson Plan Sheet
-Running Record Cheat Sheet
-Guided Reading Group Book Log
-Word Work Focus Sheet by Reading Level
-Running Record Forms
-Elkonin Boxes
-Reading Strategies Sheet
-Individual Reading Conference Form
-Reading Interventions Forms
-Writer's Workshop Conference Form
-Writer's Workshop Conference Schedule
-Writing Intervention Forms
-Writer's Checklists
-Sample Stories for modeling writing
(Some forms are provided in a powerpoint so you can add text boxes and print.)

It will be on sale today only! So grab it now.

  1. These look great! I went to your store but could not "see" the preview. When I hover over the thumbnails, they look black and I can't see the words. When I click on your video link, there's nothing there..... I'm interested in purchasing but want to be able to see some of the forms first.
    Thanks!
