Five For Friday

Everything is my store is 20% off through tonight.

This week was the start of our new bullying program and we needed to cover character, so we read Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes.
 We discussed character traits and those of Chrysanthemum.  They had to tell me what happened in the story to lead them to believe Chrysanthemum possessed that trait.  When we finished my kiddos did the craft and writing below. The craft is from Annie at Kindergarten At Heart.
We've also been talking about bullying and being kind. We did this little lesson inspired by my sweet friend Cara at the First Grade Parade.
We also created a page for a class book.

Speaking of being kind. We had to create a door to be judged by our superintendent. This was to kick off our OLWEUS Bullying Program.  I finally finished mine and we won!

I also finished our bulletin board in the hallway.  Love me some Duck Dynasty!
Complete with real cattails and rubber ducks!

Have you seen C. Jayne Teach? Not only is she amazing because she's a Miami University grad like me. But I love her shop!  If you don't have her desk planner, you must run now to purchase it. I'm using it like crazy! It has a ton of pages and is very high quality.  Plus it's just pretty!
I also love this convenient little  Student Conference Pad. It's fit perfectly into my upcoming product. So excited!
She has a ton of adorable teacher items, so head on over and C. Jayne Teach.

{FIVE}
Well, I'm off to spend the weekend with these two cutie pies. There will be no rest for me, but I'm sure in 20 years I'll miss this crazy life.
